022 | Julie Busha Shares How YOU Get Sales!
This week I’m bringing you a fellow Shark Tank alum, Julie Busha. She’s an entrepreneur at heart who bootstrapped and launched the innovative relish company called Slawsa in the highly competitive mainstream grocery market. The lifelong saver also endured a buy-out request from a former partner early on in the venture…a decision that increased her risks significantly.
But, guess what? She came out on top!
Julie shares her stories of working in sports marketing and how what she learned there helped the way she works with others today. Not only that, Julie shares the juicy story of why she was fired from that sports marketing company, simply for standing up for a contract they had with a client.
This firing led Julie to re-think her career choice. She started helping small entrepreneurs gain visibility in the marketplace. She even helped one entrepreneur get a spot on QVC!
When it comes to marketing, Julie knows what she’s doing!
But, Julie’s most important feat to date, was her use of a family recipe to create Slawsa a delicious cross between slaw and salsa. Julie’s products are in 8000 stores, which wasn’t easy and certainly did not happen overnight. This took a lot of hard work, effort and follow-up!
Julie shares ALL of her tips and strategies when it comes to following-up with potential buyers and prospects. This episode is definitely a MUST LISTEN if you’re ready to start making sales!
Enjoy, thank you for listening and tuning into Success Unfiltered!
