034 | Why Trusting Your Gut Can Increase Sales with Kate Erickson

Kate Erickson is a creator, engager and implementer over at Entrepreneurs On Fire, a 7-day a week podcast that interviews today's most inspiring and successful entrepreneurs. She is also the host of the podcast Kate's Take and author of The Fire Path: A Beginner's Guide to Growing Your Online Business. Kate is passionate about helping entrepreneurs create freedom in their business and life through developing systems and processes that can help their business scale and grow.

Have you ever felt invisible? My guest, Kate, was working a 9 to 5 job and felt completely invisible. She was doing great work, but when she went for a promotion she was turned down for someone from outside the company. Being turned down for the promotion is what led to some MAJOR changes in Kate’s life.

When Kate left her job she started an adventure that would lead to ultimate success, but there were some ups and downs that she went through first.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed over which step to take next in your sales journey, but Kate shows us that allowing ourselves to get uncomfortable is THE BEST way to make major strides in our business and in life.

Kate didn’t exactly know what she was offering to potential clients, but she didn’t allow that to stop her from starting a business. She went on meeting after meeting and heard NO after NO, but she never stopped working. All of this experience helped groom Kate for the amazing entrepreneur that she is today!

Kate shares her journey from an invisible employee to inexperienced entrepreneur to complete success, in this MUST LISTEN episode of Success Unfiltered.
