016 | Tiffany Krumins Wants You to Know That You Are Enough

This week we have the inspirational, Tiffany Krumins on our show. She is the founder of Ava the Elephant, which is an amazing tool that has changed the way that caregivers look at medicine time with their children. Ava is now one of Shark Tank's most well-known and beloved successes.

Tiffany shared how she struggled to truly believe in herself, in the very beginning. She knew she had an incredible product that would help so many parents and caregivers, but when meeting with investors, she’d feel the pull of having to settle because she was concerned another investor would never come along, and she had big dreams for Ava.

She quickly realized that there would always be more investors, more retailers and more TV shows. That she did not have to let others dictate or try to change the way she ran her business or the way she behaved in business.

Tiffany now works to mentor other women to know they are worth it. That following their values is important and that they should never settle. That even if you don’t fit into the typical business mold there are people who will want to work with you, just as you are.

Tiffany shares some of the major details of creating a product and trying to work with investors and retailers, in this episode.
