031 | How to Build Your Resilience Muscle with David Hill
David Hill started in real estate with Keller Williams in 2003 and sold the impressive number of 42 homes in his first year in business. David is a Keller Williams Certified National Instructor, and author of the book, The Sales Playbook. He has the equivalent of a triple master’s degree in telephone prospecting from being in sales and prospecting for 29 years. David is married to his beautiful wife Vee, and has two daughters with another on the way. David lives by the famous words of Zig Ziglar “Help enough people get what they want and you end up with what you want.”
David has been involved with sales for most of his life, and it is because of his rough upbringing that he is as resilient as he is. He had experienced some scary things as a child, which has led him to understand that each NO is just another step in the direction to a YES.
Early in David’s real estate career, he began working with a potential client who seemed like a very promising lead. David spent months grooming him, getting him ready to sign a contract but the prospect continued to refuse, which eventually led to David’s most profound NO.
Being in business is never easy, there are some major struggles that can occur and can knock us off our feet. David helps us to understand that by building a resilience muscle, we can begin looking at NO’s as just another step to YES.
In this episode, David takes the time to share his expertise on building that resilience muscle, as well as how we can continue to believe in ourselves despite multiple failures. This is a MUST LISTEN!
