Cody Barbo is an entrepreneur and two-time founder from San Diego, CA. Cody currently serves as Founder of Trust & Will, the simple, modern and secure way to set up your trust and will online. He also served as CEO at his last company, Industry, a ‘LinkedIn’ for the service and hospitality industry, he took the company from idea to millions of dollars raised to build out their platform, team, and more. Cody is also the former CEO of Associated Students, a $26M non-profit in San Diego. Cody also serves on the San Diego State University Alumni Board of Advisors.

What uncomfortable things are you doing to push your business forward?

Everyone wants to feel comfortable. It’s much easier to just live your life living with comfort, but you will never experience TRUE success unless you step into being uncomfortable.

Cody Barbo has been massively successful as a serial entrepreneur because he continues to do things that make him feel uncomfortable. He lives by the motto, get comfortable with the uncomfortable.
