The owners themselves go through the restaurant, talking to customers - even taking orders! They didn’t just open a restaurant: they created an experience.
Empathy has helped them to be able to know exactly what their ideal client wants, and they’ve chosen to continue to listen to their customers to hear what they love, and continue to make their experience even better.
This week’s guest on Success Unfiltered, Cathy Heller, moved to L.A. to kick off her music career, and after only a few months, her producer told her NO.
